Sign up choosing “I’m looking for a helper”, complete your profile and describe what you are looking for. Posting is free.
Yes. Profiles can be browsed for free; you need Premium when you want to start a conversation.
Open the profile you are interested in and activate Premium to send the first message.
Yes, from your account area you can update, pause or delete any listing.
The helper opens a listing and, with Premium active, sends a message linked to that request.
No. The platform covers nannies, babysitters, housekeepers, caregivers, pet sitters, dog sitters, tutors, gardeners and other household services.
You can add a photo, experience and references. Identity verification with documents is not included in the first phase of the project.
You can choose the weekly or monthly plan and reactivate it whenever you need it.
Yes. Signing up, creating a profile and posting listings are all free.
No. It is a listings platform that makes direct contact between helpers and people looking for help easier.
You can contact support: listings that break the rules can be moderated or removed.
